Smart Dent offers IMI accredited paintless dent removal training, is a member of the VBRA, and participates in the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) Consumer Codes Approval Scheme.

 

IMI - The IMI is the professional association for individuals working in the motor industry and the leading awarding body for qualifications in the automotive sector. The IMI offers "industry qualifications that demonstrate skills and competence, the foundation of a successful career". Quality Assured Awards - This exclusively awarded qualification offers IMI endorsement of Smart Dents training programmes, where candidates undertake an assessment process. With each unique Quality Assured Awards certificate from the IMI, comes independent verification of quality, professional competence and integrity. Organisations displaying the Quality Assured Award shows that they "will have first achieved status as an IMI approved assessment centre, adding value to their training".

VBRA - As a member of the Vehicle Builders and Repairers Association we are fully obligated to ensure that all training carried out by Smart Dent "will be carried out to the highest agreed industry standards".

 

OFT - Smart Dent is proud to participate/hold membership in the Consumer Codes Approval Scheme - the aim of which is to"promote and safeguard consumers interests by "helping consumers identify better businesses and to encourage businesses to raise their standards of customer service".
